Manufacturing Process Of Monel Round Bar
The manufacturing of Monel round bars begins with the melting of nickel-copper alloy raw materials in controlled furnaces such as EAF or induction furnaces. The molten metal is then refined to achieve the required chemical composition and cast into blooms or billets. These billets undergo hot rolling or forging to form round bars of desired diameters. Finally, the bars are subjected to heat treatment, surface finishing, and quality inspection before dispatch, ensuring excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and dimensional accuracy.
