  • Raw Material Procurement: Prime Cr-Mo-V alloy steel sourced from certified mills in South Korea, Japan, South America, and Eastern Europe, with MTRs (Mill Test Reports) verifying chemical composition per ASTM A193.
  • Hot Forging / Cold Forging: Fasteners up to M24 are cold-forged; M24 to M100 are hot-forged. Both processes are performed on CNC-controlled presses to achieve tight dimensional tolerances.
  • Heat Treatment – Quenching & Tempering: All B16 fasteners are quenched and tempered at a minimum of 860°C to achieve the required hardness range (35 HRC max). Heat treatment is performed in controlled-atmosphere furnaces with digital temperature logging.
