About Hex Cap Nuts
Hex Cap Nuts are six-sided hexagon blind nuts primarily used for covering the threaded end of a fastener. By enclosing the exposed threaded end of a bolt or screw, a Hexagonal cap nut improves the overall aesthetics of a bolting joint while providing protection against snags or injuries. These versatile components can be used with all kinds of bolts and are commonly referred to by aliases such as blind nuts or hex blind nuts.
At Jade Alloys, our hex cap nut dimensions are defined in both metric and imperial sizes. We offer various thread profiles, including Unified National Coarse (UNC), Fine Pitch (UNF), Fixed Pitch (UN) and ISO metric. Our production spans all material categories and major ASTM specifications.
