About Elevator Bolts
Elevator Bolts are an exclusive type of bolts with a big and thin flat head and a square or ribbed neck. They are mostly used in the grain handling and conveyor sector to ensure the buckets are secured to canvas or rubber belt. The flat head is clean against the surface of the belt so that it will not interfere with pulleys, and the neck prevents the bolt from turning due to tightening.
Elevator bucket bolts, as they are also known as bucket bolts, elevator bucket bolts, or elevator screws, are critical in the material handling of heavy materials. They come in different designs with the flanged head, ribbed neck, and slotted head being some of them. We produce them in Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel and Alloy Steel at Jade Alloys that would not be damaged by the high-moisture and abrasive conditions found in conveyor systems. We provide Metric and Imperial with UNC, UNF and ISO metric thread profiles in a variety of ASTM specifications.
