About T Slot Nuts
T-Slot Nuts, also commonly known as T Slot Nuts, are special types of fasteners that are intended to be fit in T-shaped slots of machine tables, aluminum extrusion profiles, workholding systems, and structural framing assemblies. Their unique shape enables the nut to slide into slot and also to securely hold in place when tightened which gives a firm and adjustable fastening support.
T slot nuts are common in CNC machines, milling tables, automation systems, modular fixtures, jigs and aluminum profile assemblies, where good accuracy in positioning and repeatability in alignment are critical. These nuts enable components to be reconfigured with ease without breaking down the entire structure to enhance flexibility and assembly speed.
T slot nuts are manufactured using hot forged or cold forged process from high quality carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel giving them a high load bearing strength and longevity. Sizes are offered in both metric and imperial size, and they conform to UNC, UNF, UN, BSW and ISO metric thread profiles. All the T slot nuts are manufactured under major ASTM, ASME, DIN, ISO, BS and IS standards.
