About Hanger Bolts
Hanger Bolts are unique headless bolts designed with two distinct thread types: a sharp lag or wood screw thread at one end and a standard machine thread at the other. This dual-thread design makes them the ideal solution for bolting wood components to metal structures or fixtures, providing a permanent threaded stud on a wooden surface.
These are also called hanger screws or headless hanger bolts and have a wide application in furniture production and construction. The machine threaded end may be screwed into a pre-tapped hole or may be attached using a standard hex nut. We manufacture hanger bolts which are in Metric or Imperial with UNC, UNF and ISO metric thread profiles. We also supply them in all the material types, such as the corrosion-resistant stainless steel, as well as the high-tensile carbon steel, and in strict compliance with the ASTM requirements.
